Description

Free first meeting (lasts about an hour).

Includes a total of 50 hours spread over a period of 4-6 weeks.

It is often the case that in the first weeks of being a new mum you will need a little bit more support. You are less likely to need as much support as the weeks go by. If and when you and your family feel ready, I will gradually lessen our sessions to enable you and your family to find your feet.

Mileage included (up to 25 miles from my house)

Example:

• 4 hours a day, 5 days of the first week
• 3 hours a day, 4 days of the second week
• 3 hours a day, 3 days of the third week
• 3 hours a day, 2 days of the fourth week
• A last session of 3 hours the fifth week. You will be ready to smoothly reconnect with everyday life.
